Admission Prices

Adults – Free 

Babies under 6 months – Free

Infant under 85cm – £2.50

Toddler 85cm to 105cm – £4.50

Child over 105cm – £5.00

Meal deal + £3.00

Childminder – £2.50

Childminder Meal deal – £5.50

Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you have read and understand the following.

1. All children must surrender their footwear and hand it them in at reception

2. You must retain your receipt in order to claim your footwear

3. The toddlers area is exclusive for children who are under 95cm

4. Children must not run on the carpeted areas

5. Only Food & Drink Purchased from Jolly Roger may be consumed on the premises

6. Running and climbing up any slides is NOT permitted

7. Please report all injuries to a member of staff

8. Our height limit for play is 1.50 metres

9. Every child who enters must be paid for and surrender their footwear at reception

10. You will not be able to change your admission once paid for

11. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times

12. You are responsible to supervise your own children

13. Unlimited play time lasts until the end of each day

14. We recommend that children wear long sleeves on the play equipment

15. Disruption to other customers is not allowed

16. All customer must follow staffs instructions

17. We reserve the right to refuse entry

18. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time

19. All persons entering the premises must be in possession of a valid receipt/ticket

20. Play areas are monitored by trained staff but they are not responsible for your children

21. If you and your children leave the premises you can not regain entry with a receipt/ticket purchased from the previous visit

22. Once you have left the premises with your children you must pay to regain entry

Strictly none of the following are tolerated.

1. Foul language

2. Anger or aggression

3. Violence of any kind

4. Assault on staff members

5. Assault of members of the public

6. Provoking violence or aggression

If any of the above are observed or inflicted the police will be informed immediately. You will be told to leave and may suffer a non-entry period.

 

We expect cooperative, positive and friendly behaviour from all members of public.

If you have an issue please inform a senior member of staff immediately so we can handle the situation.

Please refrain from handling the issue yourself as it may escalate beyond your control.

None of the following items are allowed to be brought on-site.

1. Food or drinks (Food & Drinks are available for purchase from the Café)

2. Compressed gas

3. Explosives

4. Weapons

5. Alcohol

6. Noise makers (Air horns, Klaxons, Bells)

7. Lasers (pointers, rods, poles)

8. Drugs (Except medicinal prescriptions from a doctor)

9. Face masks (Helmets, Bandannas, Ski, Welding, Hockey)

10. Sharp objects (scissors, knives)

11. Bats or rackets

12. Tools

13. Stun guns

Or any other possible items that can be used to inflict harm.

Failure to surrender any of these items will result in being be asked to leave without refund and/or informing the police.
