Catering options

This catering option includes one choice for each child from Hot dog, Chicken nuggets, Beef burger, or Cheese pizza. Every meal comes with french fries and baked beans, but can be removed or substituted for veg sticks, just ask when placing your order on entry.
Hot Food
All-Inclusive Package Only
This catering option includes cheese sandwiches, ham sandwiches, chicken nuggets, cocktail sausages, carrot and cucumber sticks, crisps and a selection of cake/biscuits. We can also offer a vegetarian options, just let us know in advance, and we will do our best to substitute any items you don't wish to have served to your guests.
Cold Food
All-inclusive or Exclusive Packages Only
This catering option includes a choice of 9" pizzas from margarita or pepperoni, we also include fries and veg sticks. You can opt to have additional pizzas for adults or the children at an additional cost.
Pizza Party
Exclusive Package Only
This catering option allows you to provide your own food and drink for children attending your party, we cannot provide you with cups, plates or cutlery. But any water or jugs we can provide, just ask your party assistant or receptionist. You can opt to provide catering for the adults but will incur an additional cleaning charge of £20.

Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you have read and understand these terms and conditions before booking a party, by booking a party with us you have acknowledged and understand the terms and conditions.
  1. Minimum number of children required for Package One, Two and Four is 8 children.
  2. The minimum number of children required for Package Three is 20 children.
  3. Party rooms are allocated 24 hours prior to your party, and there is no guarantee your party will be in your preferred party room.
  4. A minimum ratio of 1 adult per 6 children is required to supervise every 6 children. A maximum ratio of 2 adults per 1 child entry.
  5. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and is non-refundable.
  6. If you request to change the date of your party within 7 days or less from the initial booked date, a fee of 10% of your booking cost (deposit) is charged.
  7. You must confirm numbers of children at least 24 hours before the party, this will finalise the balance for your party. You cannot decrease the number of children on the day of the party.
  8. A complete guest list with the names of all invited children is required upon your arrival of your party.
  9. Please ensure you have included any allergies and emergency contact info for children who will be left unaccompanied by their parent, guardian or carer.
  10. For the first hour of the party, you will have access to reserved seating which is for your party only and will be signposted with your room number.
  11. After the first hour of the party has ended, you will be given access to your party room, the children will be called shortly after.
  12. Your room will be available just before the children finish the play time.
  13. Your party schedule is set out to the team handling your party, however the times that are set out are an approximation and may differ by up to 15 minutes.
  14. Confetti, Silly String & Streamers is not allowed to be used on the premises, if used a cleaning charge of £20 will apply.
  15. All party guests will vacate the premises within 10 minutes of the party end time.
  16. We cannot take responsibility for any items that you ask us to store.
  17. Own food or Drink is NOT allowed to be brought onto the premises (Except for Package Two). 
  18. Any external catering request is to be made via email [email protected], any external catering may incur an additional charge for cleaning and waste.
  19. Additional children attending your party that are not included on the guest list are subject to an additional charge, this can be the full price of a party guest, or an admission charge. The price will be determined between the supervisor and party host on the day.
  20. Should we agree to cancel your party, any booking fees you have incurred will not be refunded.

  5. Should we agree to cancel your party, any booking fees you have incurred will not be refunded.
  6. Parties booked prior 26th February 2024, can request a refund of up to 4 children, which will incur a £15.00 admin fee.

Q: When is the balance due for the party?
A: You’ll be asked to pay on arrival of your party for the number of children that you confirmed the day before, if additional children arrive for your party we can always increase the numbers, but we do not decrease below the confirmed amount of children.

Q: Why have other parties gained access into their room earlier than I have?
A: We try to allow access to your room as soon as it’s available, so it may be the case that there were no earlier parties prior and access was allowed sooner.

Q: Can I cater for the adults when booking a package one, all-inclusive party?
A: We only allow food cooked from our Cap’n’s Kitchen to be consumed on-site, this is because the cost of clearing and cleaning is included when purchasing food from us. As is the same for package two, the cost of cleaning is included in the cost per child.

Q: Is the cake included in package one, all-inclusive party?
A: We do not include a cake in the cost of package one, but you can provide a cake from a supermarket, baker or even bake your own at home. Alternately we can place an order for you from a local cake maker or from one of our suppliers, please call for more details on 01793 522044
